Terms of Use
Scope
These Terms of Use govern your access to parcse.com and your use of Looq, a macOS application provided by Parcse ("Parcse", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing the website or downloading, installing, or using Looq, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or Looq.
Website Use
You may use the website only for lawful informational and business purposes. You may not interfere with the operation of the website, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, or use site content in a manner that infringes our rights or the rights of others.
Mac App Store Terms
If you obtain Looq through the Mac App Store, downloads, billing, and refunds are governed by Apple's applicable store terms. The license applicable to your copy of Looq is governed by the Apple standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, unless a separate custom license agreement is presented to you through the App Store. These Terms of Use supplement, and do not replace, any rights you may have under those terms or under mandatory law.
Looq License
Looq is licensed, not sold. Subject to these terms, applicable Apple terms, and applicable law, Parcse grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Looq on devices you own or control and as otherwise permitted by the applicable usage rules.
Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, sell, or lease Looq except as expressly permitted by these terms or applicable law.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble Looq except where applicable law does not allow that restriction.
- Use the website or Looq for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable export control, sanctions, or other laws.
Availability, Updates, and Support
Parcse may update, change, suspend, or discontinue the website, Looq, or any related features at any time. Unless required by applicable law, Parcse has no obligation to provide maintenance, support, or continued availability.
Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the website, Looq, and related content, code, branding, and materials are owned by Parcse or its licensors. Nothing in these terms grants you any ownership rights beyond the limited license above.
Third-Party Components and Content
Looq includes or depends on third-party open source components, and our website and app may reference or display third-party content or resources. Separate license terms or service terms may apply to those components and resources, and you must comply with them where applicable.

Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website and Looq are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Parcse does not warrant that the website or Looq will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or fit for any particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parcse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, or business, arising out of or related to your access to the website or your use of Looq.
Termination
These terms remain in effect until terminated by you or Parcse. They terminate automatically if you fail to comply with them. Upon termination, you must stop using Looq and, where applicable, delete all copies in your possession or control.
Severability and No Waiver
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Any failure by Parcse to enforce a provision of these terms is not a waiver of its right to do so later.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Revised terms become effective when posted at this URL. Your continued use of Looq after the effective date of revised terms constitutes acceptance of those terms.
