Will my license work on multiple Macs?
Each Parcse app sells per-device licenses. The minimum is one Mac per license. Higher tiers or seat add-ons bundle more device slots. See each product page for the specific options.
What happens if I switch to a new Mac?
Open the app on the old Mac, go to Settings > About, and deactivate the license. The slot returns to your license, and you can then activate the same key on the new Mac. If you no longer have access to the old Mac, contact us to release the slot.
Can I get a refund?
Free trials are available so you can evaluate the app before purchasing. If you need a refund, contact us.
Do your apps collect any personal data?
Your files stay on your device, and we don’t build user profiles, share, or sell any data. Because our apps offer free trials and per-device licenses, we collect the minimum needed to prevent trial and license abuse. See the privacy policy for the full list of what’s transmitted and why.
Do you offer educational or student discounts?
We do not currently offer dedicated student or educational discounts. If price is a hurdle for your use case, contact us.
